- Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy schedule. You can choose to book consultations in either 30-minute or 1-hour sessions allowing you to manage how deeply you want to discuss specific topics or issues you’re facing.
- Up to 6 Calls Per Month: If you’re using your digital support package exclusively for calls, you can book up to as many as six 30-minute sessions.
- Tailored Advice: Every business is unique, and so are the challenges it faces. Our experts provide personalised advice based on the specific needs and circumstances of your business. We’ll make sure you receive the most relevant and practical solutions to your problems
- Session Playbacks: After each session you’ll receive a recording and transcript so you can refer back to it time and time again.
- Task Implementation: Need assistance actioning tasks in your business? Swap call time for team time. From copywriting to tech builds, you have the option to spend your support package allowance on getting our team to implement key tasks for you.
- No Hidden Costs: The price covers everything – there are no hidden fees or additional charges. You get full access to our experts, with the freedom to fully utilise the three hours as you see fit across the month.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each package will give you 3 hours of support time which can be used for 1:1 calls, task implementation or a blend of both.
You can book additional hours at any time. Just let a member of the team know and we’ll help you get additional hours added to your account so you can utilise our support in a way that’s best suited to your needs.
Support time is not accumulative. You must use your 3 hours within 30 days of purchase. Any unused time at the end of this period will expire and won’t carry on into your next subscription.
We always recommend booking an initial 1 hour consultation call when you begin working with us as part of our digital support packages. This time will be used to help you identify the gaps in your business and the actions you need to fill them. This might mean utilising your remaining support time on strategy calls with our team of experts, so you can map out the journey you need to take in your business, as well as getting accountability support to see things through. Alternatively, we might identify that you could use some support in core areas of your operations such as marketing or tech. In this instance, we’ll provide you with a quote for how long specific tasks will take so you know how much of your support time will be credited for these actions to take place.
