pre-event 1:1

We’ll kick off your strategy journey with a 60-minute call with Alison before the strategy day. During this call you’ll review where your business is at right now, setting the stage for a session that's tailored to your current standing and future aspirations.

Immersive strategy day

Join Alison and marketing expert, Liam Marshall at The Online Business Association’s base in Macclesfield, Cheshire from 10 am to 4 pm for a day of strategy development based on your wants, needs, and objectives. (Maximum attendees, 4 people per event)

Post-event 1:1 sessions

Extend your journey beyond the day with a 60-minute marketing strategy session AND a 60-minute tech strategy session with tech expert Shari Sant, designed to consolidate your knowledge and map out your next steps in these essential areas of business.

The nearest train station (Macclesfield) is juts a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute taxi ride from our location.

Our strategy day sessions run every 6 weeks and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. When you sign up you will be added to our waitlist and will be notified when the next available sessions are ready to book.

Once you have joined our waitlist you will be notified when the next strategy days are available to book. You will need to make a booking within 6 weeks of being notified to secure your place. If you do not make a booking within this period, you will be returned to our waitlist and will be notified again when you are next eligible to book, unless you request to be removed from our waitlist.

We can accept payment in two parts, provided that full payment is made prior to attending your in-person strategy day.

No. Each strategy day session is bespoke and is created specifically for the attendees. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service and tailored insight. We are unable to defer spaces and offer them to other business owners as the content will not be suited to their individual needs and this will impact their experience.

On the day, the only physical items you’ll need to bring yourself, your laptop, and something to make notes. Following your 1:1 pre-event call with Alison, you may be tasked with preparing some information about your business, current strategies and operations to assist you on the day. Snacks and lunch will be provided for you.

Each in-person strategy day is limited to 4 attendees. This is to ensure that we can provide quality, bespoke services to everyone in attendance. Each strategy day will be delivered by The Online Business Association’s founder, Alison Goodwin, with support from marketing expert Liam Marshall. You will also receive 1:1 calls with Alison, Liam and tech expert Shari Sant throughout the process.
